We recognize the significance of the contributions of security researchers, which help us maintain a high standard of security and privacy for our customers. This includes coordinating research, mitigating consequences, and disclosing vulnerabilities.

Submitting a vulnerability report

If you have discovered a vulnerability in PSR products, please let us know so we can take the necessary steps to fix it as soon as possible. Please send a vulnerability report to doc@psr.ae or use our report form. Use this PGP key to encrypt your message.

We recommend reading the PSR Reporting and Disclosure Policy before submitting a vulnerability report.
Enter the name of the person submitting this report. You can use a pseudonym or a real name
Enter your personal email address. You can use a free webmail account if you do not want to share your personal email address
Enter the name of the organization you are reporting the vulnerability on behalf of (if applicable)
Enter the product or software version number where the vulnerability was found. If the version is unknown, indicate "unknown". If necessary, include the build number or software release date
Describe the vulnerability with sufficient technical details. Include proof of concept if possible. You can describe multiple vulnerabilities
Explain access or other conditions required for the attack
Describe additional privileges and consequences. Be as specific as possible
Specify what tools or methods were used
Optional, if you want to use PGP for encrypted email, include your ASCII PGP key or URL to your key
